Founding Cohort · applications open
Fifty seats. One founding class. An obligation attached.
The founding class is small on purpose. It exists to calibrate the platform against real operators with real investor conversations, which is why the seat carries an obligation as well as access.
What the seat carries
Five things, and one of them ends.
Unlimited reps across all six mentors
The full ladder from Sarah Bennett to William Frost. Not a trial tier, not a rep cap, not a paywall halfway up.
A numbered Founding Member seal, minted once
Seat NN of 50, issued in order of acceptance and never reissued. The Raise Ready Certified badge follows at 80+, backed by an Operator-Grade Communication Report.
Your objections become the curriculum
The pushback that beats you in a rep gets written into the Objection Gauntlet the next cohort trains against. Your worst moment becomes someone else's drill.
Founding rate, held for life
Whatever the platform prices at later, your seat rate does not move.
A direct line while it's being built
You tell us what broke, and it changes. That access ends when the founding class closes. It is the one thing on this list you cannot buy later.
Your first week
Five days. Five reps. One measurable move.
In five days you will identify the investor communication trust leaks costing you the most, and train the conversations most likely to cost you capital.
A founding seat that never takes a rep calibrates nothing, and it will be released to someone who will. Waiting is the same instinct that makes people practice on real investors.
Baseline Investor Pressure Test
Your cold number, taken with no preparation. It is meant to sting.
Trust Leak Review
Where the credibility actually drained out, quoted back to you sentence by sentence.
Objection Gauntlet
Stacked pushback, clock running, composure scored as heavily as content.
Weak Answer → Raise Ready Answer
Rebuild the exact sentences that cost you, one word at a time.
Final Scorecard
The delta against Day 01, and your training path from here.
Demo Nights
Watch someone get scored live before you decide.
A volunteer runs a cold rep against the Hard-Charger. We read the report together. Bring your worst objection.
Same format, different investor. Founding applicants get the link by email the day before.
The application
Three minutes. Be honest on the score question.
Applications are reviewed personally within 12 hours. You'll get a seat number or a straight answer about why not. If you're not raising or preparing to raise in the next 90 days, the next cohort is a better fit and you'll get a waitlist link at the end.
Simulations are labelled practice sessions with an AI investor, not real people. Scores are learning indicators, not professional assessments, and never financial advice.
Straight answers
The questions you'd ask before taking a seat.
Because the founding class is small on purpose, the pricing is held for life, and the objections you lose to become the training material for everyone after you. There is no second founding cohort. There is just the next one, paying more, training on your reps.
About fifteen minutes end to end. The conversation runs roughly ten minutes and the scored report is generated immediately after. Nothing to schedule, no call to book, nobody waiting on the other end.
No. Bring a deal you're working on, a deal you're considering, or a generic scenario in your asset class. The score measures how you handle the conversation, not whether your spreadsheet is finished.
That is the useful outcome, and it is private. A low score names which of the six dimensions is leaking and gives you a specific drill for each. Your score is visible only to you. Most operators do not start at Proficient.
A coach gives you feedback. This gives you a score. Feedback is one person's impression, delivered once. A score is a measured position across six defined dimensions that you can re-run tomorrow at 11pm and compare.
No, and the console says so on every screen. You are speaking with an AI simulation investor in a clearly labelled educational practice session. Nothing said inside it can cost you a relationship, a commitment, or a deal.
The founding run is free. When it ends, founding members hold the founding rate for life while the seat remains in good standing, whatever the platform prices at later.
A founding seat that never takes a rep calibrates nothing, and it is released to the waitlist on Day 3. You'll be told in advance. Nobody gets surprised.
Capital follows trust. Trust follows clarity.
